Training & development
An environment engineered for the next level.
This is what a professional pathway looks like — training, conditioning, coaching and exposure working as one system. Sessions run Monday & Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM in Houston, TX.
Video Analysis
Individual and team clips reviewed regularly — position-specific work, opponent scouting, and self-analysis.
Strength & Conditioning
Soccer-specific programs built for explosive power, injury prevention, and 90-minute capacity.
Tactical Education
Sessions on principles of play, phases, and role clarity so players think faster on the pitch.
Individual Development Plans
Every player gets measurable goals, regular reviews, and clear feedback on the next step.
Load & Fitness Tracking
Session-by-session monitoring of workload and conditioning to protect and progress players.
